Yes, Empfango connects with Google Drive — turning the documents in a folder into your AI assistant's knowledge base.
You pick a Google Drive folder, and Empfango reads the documents inside it (read-only), extracts the text and makes it searchable for the AI phone and chat assistant. The assistant then answers questions based on your own price lists, spec sheets or FAQs — always current, because the folder is re-synced on a schedule you choose. Empfango never writes anything back; the connection uses a secure OAuth flow (via Nango, hosted in Germany).
