What is call forwarding (Rufumleitung)?
Call forwarding ensures incoming calls are automatically redirected to another destination – such as a mobile phone, a colleague or a phone service. It kicks in, for example, when the line is busy, the call isn't answered or outside business hours.
Call forwarding can be set up by condition: immediately, when the line is busy, after a few rings or on a schedule. That way no call is lost when no one can pick up right now.
Combined with an AI phone assistant, you forward unanswered calls to Empfango. The assistant takes the call, captures the request and sends you the summary – instead of letting the caller land in voicemail.
